The James Blackstone Memorial Library is ready to build confidence, encourage exploration and demonstrate ways in which children can be “makers” in this digital based world by creating music, telling stories, making games as well as art projects through the online program SCRATCH.

Every other week participants will work together to take on a different digital component that will introduce them to ways in which they can be makers! SCRATCH is 100% free and accessible online so children can continue learning/making from home.

Let’s play some games and learn new ones! We’ll have a fun selection of card and board games available including Codenames, King of Tokyo, The Resistance, Sushi Go Party!, Dixit, Smart Ass, Hive, Pandemic & more. You’re also welcome to bring your own games. Adults of all ages welcome. We’re meeting at Thimble Island Brewery. Registration required.
