Join us every Saturday in the preschool room for a different simple cut, paste, and color craft along with a variety of picture books that have to do with the crafts topic! Coloring pages are included and  the craft is setup all day, so you can stop in at any time. For those on a tight schedule simply grab that weeks craft and go! Registration for this program is not required.

The SAT or the ACT? Standardized Testing Options & the College Admissions Timeline: Presented by Bulldog Tutors (Lucy Hammer Room)

Join Jas Jernaill, the Managing Director of Bulldog Tutors, for a discussion on successfully navigating the university admissions process. Topics will include standardized testing options, how to build a successful college admissions application, and how the admissions timeline differs for aspiring student athletes. The talk will run for about 30 minutes with 15 minutes of questions to follow.
This talk is appropriate for juniors and sophomores, as seniors will be at the tail end of this process come December.

Take Your Child to the Library Day

Take Your Child to the Library Day

10:00 am - 3:00 pm

A team event at James Blackstone Memorial Library and Willoughby Wallace Memorial Library. The fun begins at Blackstone at 10:00 with an Olympic torch craft, games and an Olympic scavenger hunt. The games continue at Willoughby Wallace at 1:00 with a library Olympic triathlon and a reader relay race.

10 – 12 PM @ Blackstone Library

1 – 3 PM @ Willoughby Wallace Library

For children of all ages. All are welcome (no registration required). Go for the Gold!!
