The James Blackstone Memorial Library is ready to build confidence, encourage exploration and demonstrate ways in which children can be “makers” in this digital based world by creating music, telling stories, making games as well as art projects through the online program SCRATCH.
Every week participants will work together to take on a different digital component that will introduce them to ways in which they can be makers! This summer we will be focusing on music, so participants will be making their own music videos, sound effects and more! SCRATCH is 100% free and accessible online so children can continue learning/making from home.
Registration for this program is required so that we can plan accordingly. To do so, please call 203. 488. 1441. ext. 323.
