Lock Picking for Beginners

A lock is really just a puzzle waiting to be solved. Using transparent pin-tumbler padlocks and some basic picks, I’ll teach you a variety of techniques for opening basic locks. This will be a hands-on session. There will be some legal talk, a demonstration, and then plenty of time to try to pick as many locks as you can. Taught by Jim Davis.

Sew-Along (with Technical Help)

Join us for this first of a two part “open sew class”. You bring in the sewing projects you want to work on and professional costume designer & sewing instructor Sara Normand will be on hand to  help you with them. For the first class, we will cover a bit of the more technical aspects of sewing such as how to pin and cut a pattern. The second class will be the actual sewing. If needed, we could extend to three sessions to complete your projects.
