Origami Electra Workshop – For Families or Groups in 5th Grade and Up (Auditorium)

Friday, December 29

2:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Origami Electra, or modular origami is a paper-folding technique, which uses two or more sheets of paper to create a larger more complex structure than would be possible with just a single sheet. Each individual paper is folded as a single unit and then connected by flaps to create an intricate 3D design.

In this session families or a small group of friends will work together to create a 3D lantern, lights included! Each family/group will leave with one lantern to share.

All the necessary materials will be provided along with instructions. Previous paper folding skills are not required.
