The Blackstone Library is pleased to provide a variety of audiobooks and eBooks for our patrons. The information below explains which items are available to Blackstone Library patrons, to LION library members and to all CT library cardholders. Axis 360 - Branford residents

Overdrive - LION library cardholders
OverDrive is an audiobook and eBook collection, available to all LION library members. Step by step instructions are provided here. A quick look at compatible devices can be found here. Click on the link above to go straight to the OverDrive catalog.
The CT Digital Library provides a number of free audiobooks. Click on the link above to go straight to the iCONN audiobook catalog.
The library has computers for public use in both the Reference area and the Youth Services department. The computers have Internet access, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, and Excel. You can save your work to a CD or USB flash drive. Printing is available in black and white ($.25 per page) and color ($.75 per page).
Wireless Internet is available on all three floors of the library.

The LION consortium subscribes to a magazine service called Zinio. Magazines can be downloaded and read on your computer and a wide variety of mobile devices. Visit the LION Zinio website for more information and to sign up for an account.

Great news for movie fans! We've subscribed to IndieFlix, which means Branford residents with Blackstone library cards now have access to thousands of independent movies, all streaming right to you.
